Q: are there options for group trainings?
A: Yes, CASC offers special group training upon request. Please contact Dianne Laurila at email@example.com for more information.
Q: we have several employees that need to get registered. Can I register all of them at one time?
A: Yes, please use the form at checkout to list the first and last names of each individual attendee. Please make sure to increase the quantity of courses purchased to the number of employees registered for the class.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Class reservations cancelled seven days or more from the class date/starting time are subject to a flat $100 USD cancellation fee; cancellations made within seven days of the class date/starting time are non-refundable, however, 50% of the class fee may be applied as a credit toward a future class. No shows and cancellations after the date/starting time are non-refundable.
Class dates, times and locations may be changed by CASC up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date. Registered students will be notified by email (or fax if no email). CASC reserves the right to cancel any class within seven (7) business days of class date. Cancellation fees will not apply if changes/cancellations are made by CASC. CASC reserves the right to refuse any applications.
