Meet Our Trainers
CASC has been a training consultant to local municipal agencies and individuals continuously since 2004. The firm provides a wide range of training on topics relative to the stormwater industry. CASC has staff who are approved to instruct the following classes:
Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) Trainers-of-Record. Jeff Endicott, Melanie Sotelo, Dan Secrist, and Michael Kolbenschlag are approved by CASQA to provide QSD and QSP training that meets the requirements of the Construction General Permit.
Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP) Trainer-of-Record: Dan Secrist is approved by CASQA to provide the QISP training that meets the requirements of the Industrial General Permit.
Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI). Dan Secrist is approved by EnviroCert International to instruct the CESSWI Exam Review.
Municipal and Support trainers Michael Gentile, Chris Ogaz, Joyce Goode and Joe Rosales have many years of hands-on experience.
The certifications and approvals to provide the construction and industrial related training classes noted above provide third-party confirmation of the CASC team's capabilities to provide quality training. With CASC, the assigned trainer won't be someone who has just plan checked a document, but someone who has participated in the preparation of one.
